Claire Simmonds
Claire Simmonds started Clairity Public Relations in December 2011 and has since promoted several entertainers as well as clients including building, festivals, conveyancing, equipment sales and rural fields.
Claire led a five-year campaign for a free pregnancy health clinic (antenatal service) in Coffs Harbour.
She was appointed a consumer representative on a ministerial advisory committee, which recommended NSW Government spend $9m recurrent funding to establish antenatal clinics in 45 regional locations and Coffs Harbour was the first to open. NSW Health Minister Reba Meagher invited Claire to sharing opening duties at the 2008 official opening.

Claire Simmonds has extensive contacts and experience in North Coast media. Revealingly, this dates back to her days as a volunteer student leader on youth radio station CHY FM in Coffs Harbour in 1984.
Employed as a cadet journalist with 2CS Coffs Harbour in 1988, over the years Claire has worked in journalist and specialist editor roles at Coffs Coast Independent, Coffs Coast Advocate, Woolgoolga Advertiser and Grafton Daily Examiner. Entertainment, arts and advertising feature were key portfolios in this time. She also worked in support roles promoting charities in Sydney such as The Smith Family.
